The white capped square structure is Tokyo Dome, home of the Yomiuri Giants. Just to its left you can see the Thunder Dolphin roller coaster, which takes passengers through the center of the the ferris wheel and through the corner of a building.
Tokyo Skytree. At 634 meters tall, it is the second tallest structure in the world. Dubai's Burj Khalifa skyscraper is the only one taller.

Yokota is just within the Tokyo prefecture border. Here, you can see Saitama prefecture in the distance (the trees).
