Tokyo Snow

Several inches of snow accumulated in Tokyo on January 14. Much slush resulted. We took our umbrella to avoid being pummeled by the dense clumps falling from the trees.

Nagoya Castle

Unfortunately the castle was closed to the public over the New Year holiday, so we enjoyed it from afar.
